We will also lead a presentation and open discussion with management and employees to expand on our findings and recommendations. It is then up to the business to implement the recommendations.
Q. What about follow up inspections?
A. We encourage a three-month follow up to review the progress of the specific recommendation outlined in our report. Many clients choose to implement a quarterly or semi-annually maintenance program, and have reviews done throughout the year.
